From large-scale new builds to functional refurbishments, bott offer support throughout all stages of project planning and delivery. Their aim is to provide an ergonomic environment that supports students when gaining valuable knowledge and skills for life.

Planning for success

The experienced project team at bott offer guidance throughout the planning process, starting with a free consultation to discuss objectives and logistics. 2D and 3D visuals can be produced and altered to utilise the space effectively. To help streamline workflows, BIM files of selected bott products are available on bimstore, and can be used to create precise designs to support your proposals.

Custom solutions made in the UK

All bott products are manufactured at their production facility in Cornwall, giving them the flexibility to meet your requests with bespoke storage systems; perfect for a space requiring an individual solution. Custom colours in durable powder-coat paint are an optional extra, to bring a cohesive finish to the learning environment.

University of Exeter

In 2022, bott supplied and installed a range of workplace storage equipment for a new engineering facility at the University of Exeter. Working with designers, they constructed an innovative space that enabled students to work individually or configure a surrounding that encourages collaboration with others. bott recognise the importance of durable and robust products in a school, college or university and therefore recommended the heavy-duty cubio range. A selection of cubio benches and mobile cabinets were provided, with custom foam inserts for the drawers adding another element of secure, safe storage. Additionally, bott supplied two height adjustable framework benches with suspended cabinets designed for wheelchair users. All of the kit was finished in a custom sky blue colour for a light, spacious feel.

Complete the process

It is essential for a learning environment to encourage creativity and get the best out of students. However deadlines and budget are important to account for, and delivering on time can be the make or break of a project. With their own fleet of delivery drivers, bott take great care to transport your products straight to your site, while an optional installation service ensures the workspace is expertly fitted and ready for use with minimum disruption on campus.
