Heckmondwike Launch Social Distancing Carpet Tiles

One of the UK’s leading commercial carpet manufacturers, Heckmondwike, has launched a range of social distancing carpet tiles.

Following the government’s advice on coronavirus, Heckmondwike’s best-selling Supacord range has been transformed to emphasise safe social distancing in learning environments.

The new range uses the company’s Fusion technology to laser engrave arrows and messages into the carpet tiles. These can be installed to create directional walkways and subtly convey messages to remind students, staff and visitors of the vital guidelines in place.

Available in Steel Grey, Blue and Green, as standard colours, learning facilities can create a space that works for them. From modern and subtle to striking and bold colours, schools, colleges and universities can easily create stand-out spaces.

Bob Mortimer, UK & Ireland Sales Manager at Heckmondwike FB said, “With schools across the country looking to reopen soon, spaces must adapt to ‘the new normal’. Our Social Distancing Carpet Tiles have been designed to not only display vital Government guidelines but enable organisations to create visual safe spaces.”
